See who earns your reviews
Taps, average rating, Google clicks and matched Google reviews for every staff member and branch, for any date range.
NFC + QR review cards for local businesses
Give each member of your staff their own review card. Customers tap it, rate their visit and post to Google, with the review credited to the person who served them. Unhappy customers reach you privately first.
Why reviews don’t happen
Staff don’t want to push, and a QR code on the wall is easy to walk past.
When a five-star review does arrive, you rarely know who earned it.
An unhappy customer often tells Google before they tell you, and by then they’ve gone.
How it works
The customer taps the card of the person who served them, or scans its QR code. The review page opens in their browser. No app, no sign-up.
They choose the stars and tap what stood out, like “Friendly staff” or “Great haircut”. Writing is optional.
At 4–5 stars they get a ready draft that names the staff member, to paste on Google. At 1–3 stars they can send you private feedback, and Google is still one tap away.
For owners and managers
Taps, average rating, Google clicks and matched Google reviews for every staff member and branch, for any date range.
Happy customers get two or three short drafts written from what they picked. Every one names the person who served them.
Low ratings come to you privately with the customer’s name and number, so you can call them. Google is still offered to them.
Connect your Google Business Profile and new reviews are matched to the staff member they mention.
Download any month as PDF or Excel: a summary, each staff member’s numbers, every rating and all private feedback.
Owners see every branch, managers see theirs, and staff see their own ratings. Everyone signs in with their mobile number and a PIN.
Our promise
A review only helps you if people believe it. So the system is built to keep every review real.
Every customer can post on Google, whatever their rating. At 1–3 stars, “Post on Google instead” sits right under the private feedback button. Choosing who gets asked for a review is against Google’s rules, so we never do it.
We suggest a draft; the customer reads it, edits it if they like, and posts it from their own Google account. No paid reviews, no rewards for stars.
Each card belongs to one staff member and is never handed to someone else. When someone leaves, you switch their card off.
We only ask for a name and mobile number when a customer chooses to send private feedback, with a clear note that you may contact them about it. Staff never see them.
